Response time
We aim to reply within 48 hours on weekdays. Verified date corrections are typically live within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. More complex enquiries may take a little longer, but we acknowledge every message.
What we can't help with
We are an editorial reference, not a government source. We cannot rule on individual employment leave entitlements, regional bank-holiday observance rules, or legal interpretations. For binding answers, please contact your country's official labour authority or your employer's HR team.
